Writing and speaking English (or any language) are two very different matters. In today’s international business environment, English is the ‘lingua franca’ in all aspects of commerce. Remember, what you write can be seen as your company’s business card. So, ensuring your employees are equipped with the skills to produce clear, accurate and effective written material is a must!
