All managers experience having people in their department who have lost their drive, but have no idea what to do next. Find Your Passion is a combination of coaching and training that aims to shake people out of their comfort zone and help them reconnect with the spirit that drives them. Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone who feels stuck in a rut or unsure of the next step in their career. It is also suitable for people who, due to company restructuring, have to find a new position within the company and are finding change difficult. Find Your Passion is for those who seem to have lost their drive and motivation for their work and seem to be just going through the motions. It will also help those employees who you see as having huge potential, but cannot see it themselves.

Course content

This course is made up of a variety of activities that involve inner reflection, dynamic group discussion and coaching exercises that will take the participants through the change process. They will:

• Review their career choices over the past year and analyse the motivational drivers behind these choices
• Reconnect with their inner passions that have been forgotten on the climb to the top
• Learn about the emotional blocks that have been preventing them from moving forward
• Explore different options open to them in the here and now
• Receive insightful tips and advice from the group interactions
• Draw up a Personal Action Plan that can be implemented after the workshop

Course outcomes

As a result of this coaching process your people will:

• Get back in touch with their passions or motivational drivers
• Know what brings out the best in them and where they function at their best
• Have uncovered personal blocks that have kept them in the dark
• Be clear and decisive on their career path
• Be ready to present an action plan to you, their manager or HR department
